Your stay includes your own private bedroom in the beautiful house, a personal space to retreat to and process everything. Reconnect with nature, whether outside or from the stunning living room view. From the house, multiple trails run into the mountains, free for you to access. Integrating all that you've learned and combining the spiritual with the practical, it's time to build your personal practice to take home. In September, I attended the retreat in Norway. It was my first time traveling abroad and flying on my own. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail. From the moment I was picked up at the airport until I arrived at the retreat location, I felt completely at ease. Everything was clear and well-structured, and I felt safe expressing what I needed. The location was stunning, and the food was delicious. I truly felt pampered throughout the entire experience. My room was beautiful, and the bathroom, complete with a bathtub, was wonderful. The tools and knowledge I gained there are still part of my life today and continue to be incredibly valuable. I came home feeling genuinely recharged—more so than after any vacation.

WWF Animal Adoption
For each retreat, we symbolically adopt a polar bear through WWF. This involves a €40 donation, which allows us to adopt an animal and receive regular updates and photos. If you wish, we’re happy to share the updates about the animal associated with your retreat.
We believe that the retreat—through its natural setting combined with its content—creates a lasting positive impact, making the journey abroad truly worthwhile. This is a conscious and meaningful choice. The adopted animal serves as a symbolic thank-you to nature for providing the retreat’s setting, and as a reminder to stay mindful of our ethics.
